✅ Splicing Hub: The primary job is fusion splicing. Fibers from an incoming cable are spliced to fibers of an outgoing cable inside the closure.
✅ Storage: The closure contains splice trays where each splice is protected in a splice sleeve. These trays stack together and allow for neat storage of the excess fiber slack (loops) that must be left for future re-splicing if needed.
✅ Pass-Through Function: It can also be used for "mid-span" access, where only some fibers in a cable are spliced and dropped out to a local area, while the rest of the fibers pass through uninterrupted to the next node.
✅ Re-enterable: The mechanical sealing allows technicians to relatively easily open the closure, add new cables, perform maintenance, or upgrade the network, and then reseal it to its original IP68 rating.

✅ Suitable for bunchy fibers;
✅ Aerial, underground, wall-mounting, hand hole-mounting and duct-mounting;
✅ Itʼs especially applicable to FTTH optical fiber distribution.
