The NEATEL HDMI2.1 Optical Active Cable is a low-power, low-cost, high-performance HDMI active optical cable that provides signal fidelity and transparency at multiple input resolutions, with a length of up to 150 meters. The cable is divided into a transmitter (TX) and a receiver (RX). The optoelectronic module at the transmitter converts the electrical signal from the HDMI source device into an optical signal that is transmitted to the receiver via an optical cable. The optoelectronic module at the receiver converts the optical signal back to the original HDMI signal for display on a monitor or large projection screen. The cable uses MMF optical fiber, which has a small outer diameter, light weight, small space occupation, excellent bending performance and good lateral pressure resistance, which is convenient for wiring construction and saves costs. The transmitting end and the receiving end are shielded by zinc alloy shells and have good EMC performance. This product has been widely used in high-definition projection, digital home theater, conference room,multimedia classroom, industrial and medical equipment and other fields.
